Alan Robert played bass in LoA from 1989 till Januari 1999.
In Januari 1999 Whitfield Crane left the band, and Alan took over the lead singing part, forcing him to put down the bass playing.
LoA is now looking for a new bass player.

The story of Six Stiches on Alan's Hand":
"I worked in a small book shop for six years. One afternoon I was moving a few crates filled with old newspapers, when suddenly there's a huge fat lady heading to me. I had to choose: rigth through her or get past. Well I decide to go aside, but to the wall, getting my hand stuck between the wall and the crate. Scratch, whole top of my hand gone. Skin upto my whrist in small bloody rolls.
